Product Description

The production process of gypsum board starts from the supply of raw materials. Gypsum powder, additives and water are sent to the mixing system in proportion for uniform mixing to form gypsum slurry suitable for molding. Then, the molding system injects the gypsum slurry into the carton formed by the upper paper and the lower paper. The accuracy and stability of the molding directly affect the size and surface quality of the board. Then, the formed plate is conveyed by the conveying system to complete the hydration reaction. After the cutting to length in the cutting process, the plate is sent to the drying system to be dried under the condition of controlling the temperature and humidity to evaporate the water and enhance the strength of the plate. The dried plasterboard is trimmed into standard size by the trimming system to ensure the product accuracy and production efficiency, thus ensuring the quality and market competitiveness of the finished product.
