Main components of high-level palletizing system:

 

Climbing conveyor

1. The belt conveyor conveys the materials to the climbing conveyor through the transition conveyor, and then to the indexing device of the palletizer through the climbing conveyor to complete the waiting work of indexing.

 

Inversion conveyor

1. When the packaging bag reaches the transposition conveyor, the photoelectric switch will detect it. At this time, the two bag clamping plates on the transposition mechanism are controlled by the air cylinder. After swinging 90 degrees, the bag will be clamped; The main shaft of the indexing mechanism is directly driven by the servo motor reducer. After driving the bag clamping plate to rotate 90 degrees, the bag clamping plate swings upward to reset, which can realize the 90 degree indexing of the material bag.

 

Marshalling machine

1. The belt conveyor automatically organizes the material bags.

 

Pusher

1. Push the packed material bags from the marshalling machine to the layering machine.

 

Layering machine

1. The belt conveyor is driven by the motor and can be opened left and right, so that the grouped material bags can be stacked on the stacking tray.

2. Stack the grouped material bags on the pallet of the stacking tray conveyor through the layering machine.

 

Pallet bin

1. The main function of the pallet warehouse is to automatically allocate empty pallets. The standard can store ten pallets. When a palletizing operation is completed, the current position of the fully loaded pallet will be replaced by the next empty pallet in the pallet warehouse. All operations for transferring empty pallets from the pallet magazine to the appropriate position of the palletizer are performed automatically.

2. Pallet material: plastic or wood (the specific material and size shall be provided by the demander)

3. Pallet bin capacity: 10 empty pallets

 

Pallet conveyor

The chain conveyor, connected to the pallet storage bin, is responsible for automatically supplying empty pallets to the palletizer.

 

Stacking tray conveyor

1. It is a heavy-duty roller conveyor, which can transport and park two stacked stamping plates. The unpowered pallet blocking conveyor installed in the forklift area is equipped with a safety device against forklift impact.

 

Security system

Safety guardrails are provided to provide stable support and maintenance space for the palletizer.

 

Control System

The main part of the control system is composed of SIEMENS PLC (programmable logic controller), Schneider frequency conversion speed regulation controller and photoelectric position detection device, which realizes the coordinated control of the whole palletizer. The system has the functions of fault diagnosis and display, as well as perfect fault protection and interlocking shutdown. Operation panel adopts Chinese and English identification panel. All push-button switches are made by Schneider, France, with reliable performance and long service life. The whole operating system is easy to use, perfect in function, and easy to repair and maintain!

 

Winding packaging machine

1. A machine used to tightly wind packaging materials (such as film, paper, etc.) On the surface of an object. It usually comprises a turntable or conveyor belt for placing the object to be packaged and one or more winding heads for winding the packaging material around the object. By adjusting the speed of the turntable or conveyor belt and the action of the winding head, different packaging effects and packaging speeds can be achieved.
